Stephen M. Holmquist is the active Owner and Broker of Holmquist Property Management Inc. Stephen started his Commercial Real Estate career in 1982, selling vacant land in Pinellas County for commercial development. In 1986 he began to lease and manage retail shopping centers in the Tampa Bay area. In 1992 Holmquist Property Management Inc. opened its doors for business with 7 retail shopping centers that Stephen managed from 1986 - 1992. Today, Holmquist Property Management Inc. manages 25 commercial retail shopping centers in and around the Tampa Bay area.

Tyler S. Holmquist joined Holmquist Property Management Inc. in 2017 and is a licensed Broker-Associate. Tyler heads the Tenant Representation Department, as well as assisting in leasing and managerial duties. Born and raised in the Clearwater area, Tyler is a true local, and possesses a vast knowledge of the area he works in.
